The plant is located in Manas County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang — on the northern-slope economic belt of the Tianshan mountains, close to cotton-linter origins and connected by road and rail for outbound logistics. Site area, workshop layout and rail-siding details are being compiled for publication.

How refined cotton is made
Six core stages from cotton linter to finished bales — with control points at every stage.
Stage names follow the standard refined-cotton process route; exact line configuration (bleach stages, etc.) and control-point values follow actual plant practice and are documented per grade.
From Manas to your port
Bales are packed for export handling, moved by road and rail to port, then shipped by ocean freight to your destination. Packing specifications, per-container loading quantities and Incoterms are confirmed with every quotation.
