Refined Cotton & Specialty Cotton Pulp

Four product lines — M, X and C series refined cotton plus sheet-form specialty cotton pulp — covering the full viscosity range, factory-direct from our Manas, Xinjiang plant to cellulose derivative producers worldwide.

Grade Selection

Find your grade

Two ways in: start from your end product, or from the viscosity tier your process calls for. Every route points to a recommended series — our lab confirms the exact grade from your target spec.

Recommendations reflect common industry practice — send your target specification and our technical team confirms the matching grade.

Grade Naming

How to read our grade names

Grade numbers encode viscosity tier — no arbitrary marketing names. Exact viscosity windows for each grade are shown on the TDS.

Prefix M — full viscosity line

The M prefix identifies our standard refined cotton range. The number that follows is the viscosity grade index: the larger the number, the higher the viscosity tier.

Series: M5 – M1000  ·  Typical viscosity: — (see TDS)

M5 — low viscosity tier

Grades such as M5, M15 and M30 sit at the low-viscosity, low-DP end, selected by processes calling for shorter cellulose chains and faster reaction kinetics.

Example grades: M5 / M15 / M30  ·  Viscosity window: —

M1000 — high viscosity tier

Grades such as M400, M650 and M1000 sit at the high-viscosity, high-DP end, covering the upper steps of the range for high-molecular-weight downstream routes.

Example grades: M400 / M650 / M1000  ·  Viscosity window: —

X / C — specialty prefixes

X denotes specialty-process refined cotton grades with tight viscosity control; C denotes high-purity cotton-linter grades. Grade sheets are available on request.
